Human Resources

The Human Resources Department is under the direction of the Finance Dept. and is responsible for all aspects relating to the efficient operation of the parish personnel system including administrative services, payroll and benefit administration for over 130 full-time employees.  Benefits managed by Human Resources include health, dental, vision and life insurance as well as retirement benefits.  Livingston Parish participates in the the Parochial Employees Retirement System (PERS).  Employees also have the option of contributing to the Louisiana State Deferred Compensation Plan.
