Adjudicated Property

Livingston Parish partnered with Civic Source in 2016 to handle the sale of adjudicated properties in Livingston Parish.  This partnership has proven beneficial as the parish receives no taxes for properties while on the adjudicated tax roll.  

Auctions take place online at CivicSource.com the first Wednesday of each month from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  For more information please visit the Civic Source website or call 888-387-8033. The Civic Source website offers navigation through the entire adjudication process.
