Livingston Parish President Randy Delatte serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the parish and has administrative authority over all departments of parish government. He was elected by an overwhelming majority and took office on January 8, 2024. The Parish President and Chief of Staff oversee the daily operations of parish government offices and aim to ensure all departments are running smoothly and working together to achieve what is best for Livingston Parish residents and businesses.
