Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness

The Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (LOHSEP) is a vital component to parish operations.  This department works in conjunction with local, parish, state and federal agencies during times of disaster.  They also handle a multitude of other functions.
